Joanne and Jenn are the best. I’ve tried dry cleaners all over Bethel Park and South Park, and they corrected issues the first time. And I’m certain they fixed my broken jacket button. Besides this review, I make an effort to show my appreciation and respect, because they are simply great.
This was my first time using Model Cleaners and i was happy with my experience. The employees were very nice and helpful answering my questions. The price was reasonable and in line with what I was expecting. The clothes were were ready in a couple days. A+ experience.
I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease. When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee. When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased. A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately. I sincerely appreciate her diligence as the lapels were properly creased when I returned to pick them up the second time.
