Kate is a wonderful instructor. Yoga has enhanced my flexibility and balance and has made my recovery from knee replacement surgery much easier. Can’t wait to get back in the studio again and continue my practice.

I absolutely love this Yoga Studio! Sarah that teaches Yin with Restorative is an amazing teacher. Each time I go (which I wish was everyday) I experience moves I've never done. At first I was a sceptic that I could stretch or move that way but I do and each time and after I feel fantastic, relaxed and at peace. Thank you Sarah!

I usually do one class per week, but last week did four, from four unique and talented instructors. Didn't think an â€œold guyâ€ like me could handle that much, but at the end of the week I felt refreshed and stronger. Kudos to Lakeview Yoga!
