Andy Daley, Lead Service Technician, just left our house and we were delighted with his service on our air-conditioner. He was courteous, efficient and provided advice on running our heating and cooling systems to both increase efficiency and savings. We have been doing business with Kowalski Heating, Cooling, and Pumbling for two years and highly recommend them.
A/C problems just hours before we were to leave for vacation, Kowalski folks couldn’t have been more accommodating. In less than 2 hours Andy, Lead Service Technician, arrived and within minutes diagnosed the problem. Less than one hour later, back in business. We have used Kowalski H&C before and will in the future. Thanks team Kowalski!!
Excellent experience. First time home buyer here and naturally nervous about all things. We really needed a new hot water tank. Right from the beginning, Kowalski heating was super helpful. They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. Our hot water tank was from 1988 and a lot of updates had to be made. He was super knowledgeable and also cleaned everything up before he left. I highly recommend Kowalski for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
