Andy, Lead Service Tech, did a 5-star repair of my Air Conditioning HVAC system. Prompt, courteous, and professionalism are the best ways to describe Andy from Kowalski Heating, Cooling, Plumbing. When I need to replace my system, I will only call Kowalski HCP. My large dog has a triple coat. She is extremely grateful to Kowalski HCP.
Prior to calling Kowalski Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, a completely separate HVAC company looked at my same AC issue — they diagnosed that my issue could not be repaired by them.
My air conditioner stopped working last evening on a 90 degree day. I called Kowalski at 10:15 last night so that they would get my message this morning. I had a text from Amy last night right after I left the message saying that a technician could be here between 8 and 10 this morning! Dopal called at 7:20 am and said he could be here in 7 minutes. Turns out the batteries in the thermostat were dead (yikes do I feel stupid!) but he stayed and serviced the unit for a much needed cleaning. So now I am set for the Summer! Kowalski (and Dopal!) are fantastic!
They quickly got back to me with a better price out of the 3 estimate I received. they coordinated with my cono.buildings maintenance division to get access to the property. within a matter of hours, they pulled the old unit out and had the new one in & operational. the maintenance guys at the building said the other company that usually works in the building takes them 2 or 3 days to do the same job.
