Excellent experience. First time home buyer here and naturally nervous about all things. We really needed a new hot water tank. Right from the beginning, Kowalski heating was super helpful. They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. Our hot water tank was from 1988 and a lot of updates had to be made. He was super knowledgeable and also cleaned everything up before he left. I highly recommend Kowalski for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
