I put in an online request for a quote, got a call the next day, they came out that week to do the estimate (which took about 20 min), and that evening I had a quote from them. There was ZERO pressure from them, and they never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Their price was completely fair and there were no games and no hidden expenses. When they came to do the job, the office manager was there. If we needed a new board they took pictures and checked with us before replacing it. There was a minor miscommunication on a Saturday morning where the gutter installers were a little confused about the job. I called the office manager, and she came out right away to make sure the job was done right even though we had figured it out over the phone.
