Thank you Stephanie and Kathy for your great customer service at the McKeesport location. You took care of me at closing time and got me squared away with all I needed. This was the second time I've used this location and both were very helpful each time. I will be back in the future and recommend you to friends and family.

The wonderful workers here are so polite and helpful. They went well out of their way to help me and explain a process that I was unfamiliar with. The manager used my situation as a teaching moment for other employees also and everyone was so kind. I’d go back to this messenger service every time

We came in for a title transfer close to the closing time, and the notary agent was kind enough to wait for the other party to arrive even closer to when they were supposed to close the office. My paperwork wasn't quite up to date but the agent again was kind enough to assist and renew what was needed so the title transfer could be completed while we were there. Although I'll try to be more prepared next time, I'd most certainly return to this location.
