Based on the reviews, Four Seasons Dry Cleaners is appreciated for going above and beyond to help customers. The owner was kind to have an employee come in for forgotten dry cleaning, and the manager called to issue a refund when a customer was over charged. Karen is noted for being nice to an elderly father, getting the door for him, and taking his clothes to the car. The business is also great with stain removal. However, recent results have caused some customers to go elsewhere, as a UGG comforter came back looking just dried and folded, and Levi jeans were washed and put in the dryer, coming back ashy.

I would just like to say, that Four Season went above and beyond to help us. We had forgotten to pick up our dry cleaning and we needed them for Sunday. The owner was so kind to have an employee come in and get the dry cleaning for us. They saved my son's career.
My elderly father has been using you guys for about 6 months now. Goes every week and always calls me to tell me how nice Karen is. When she sees him coming she gets the door for him and she always take his clothes to the car for him. You guys are also great with stain removal being he does spill food alot on his shirts. Ty for the kindness towards my father and the great job you do on his clothes.
