The lady working today is very rude. We have never used this salon before, stopped before they opened to see if I could get my 10 year old daughter’s hair only trimmed. First the lady showed up and looked at us sitting in our car and said something, seemingly very irritated. There was also an older couple waiting. We went in and I very nicely asked if it was possible to have my daughter’s hair trimmed and she again seemed very agitated and asked if we could come back later and stated that she was by herself today. She needs to work on her skills in relating with the public. Customers do not care if you are there by yourself. Very poor communication and customer service.... read full review
