“We hired Paladina Pools for a complete backyard renovation — pool, spa, pergola, fire pit area, paver work, landscaping, and lighting — and could not be happier with the experience from start to finish.

From the very first conversation, the entire team was professional and easy to work with. Dave Giles did an outstanding job on the design, taking our ideas and reference photos and translating them into detailed 3D renderings with day and night views so we could really visualize the finished product. When we had revision requests, he turned them around quickly and nailed it. Matt Paladina was hands-on throughout the project and always available to coordinate and answer questions.

Once construction started, the crew was clean, organized, and respectful of our property. Communication was consistent the entire time — we never had to wonder what was happening or chase anyone down for updates. The execution matched the design beautifully, and the attention to detail was evident in the finished product.

We're now heading into our second season and have signed up for their maintenance service as well. Kim in their service department has been great to work with on scheduling our opening and ongoing care.

“The folks at Terra Green are very good people to deal with. They listened to our concerns for improving the landscape around our home and were very patient in dealing with changes and money concerns. They were quick to answer questions and concerns even though we made some changes to their recommendations and went over their design several times.

We had hardscape work done initially including the installation of new steps on one side of our home and a garbage enclosure on the other side. We split work over a couple of years to better handle finances and the hardscape was the first work completed.

We also chose to eliminate some of our grass areas because they were difficult to maintain and to keep out weeds. Their design recommendation was to use stone of various kinds in several locations. The installation of a new lawn and garden area was the last part of the work. Though we had some issues they were quick to resolve them. For example, some plants that were installed did not thrive and they replaced some and will replace others in 2025. The front lawn was installed but the grass did not grow or grow only in spots and they replanted.

We hired them because they are listed on the Phipps Conservatory Landcare list. We are also impressed that they are recognized as the Small Business of the Year by the University of Pittsburgh as well as recognized for their sustainable designs and products. Though they are small, they provide excellent service.“

“Our experience with Rolling Hills Landscapes was great, and the product delivered by the company has been topnotch. It's been over a year since we had our retaining walls replaced, and we couldn't be happier with them. I can't recommend Rolling Hills Landscapes enough.

We had two retaining walls lining our driveway replaced during the summer of 2023. We collected quotes from six companies for the project. As you can see, the "before" picture shows one of our crumbling natural stone walls. They needed a LOT of work. Rolling Hills Landscapes offered what we felt was the best product for the price. The service we received during the process was wonderful.

Amanda Linder communicated with us throughout the entire process, and her customer service was just incredible. She explained everything from cost breakdown and permit requirements to design and add-on options. We never felt sales pressure from her, and she was patient with our questions. She maintained consistent contact with us from start to finish.

The crew who worked on the project was also respectful of our property, our neighbor's property, and our privacy. They took care not to damage the concrete driveway. I think they left things in better shape than they found it. Rolling Hills even coordinated with us on where to put grass seed so we could do our own landscaping.

Finally, the product we received it great. We have two beautiful stone walls at a reasonable price, including drainage and interlocking blocks to ensure they're sturdy and last. Over the last year and a half, they've stayed secure and still look beautiful. We can't recommend Rolling Hills Landscapes enough for your retaining wall needs!“

I reached out as an active duty member. Out of the kindness of his heart and the patriotism this company possesses, they dug me out for NO CHARGE!
