This is the second time I’ve used Duckstein and it was another great job. After sustaining ice dam damage, they handled both the demo and restoration. Great job by Cary and Mark!
Duckstein was incredibly responsive with our issue, even over a holiday weekend. They were on site to start clean up within a few hours and go our flooring replaced and back to looking like nothing even happened.
John, Ted, Johnny, Rick and Jeff were all wonderful!!
As much as I hope to not need their services again, they will be my first call if anything else were to happen.
All work was done with great care and craftmanship. The final restoration turned out beautiful. All staff were friendly and helpful and staff even intervened when an accident happened to my mom while they were on the job. The crew took immediate action to aid my mom after her fall down the steps and called emergency services to my mom's house for her care. Bravo to the whole team for the outstanding work and for going above and beyond to help my mom!
