I came in for the first time a few months back and I have been coming back ever since. Safe to say Cloud is my new salon. The salon space is very clean and the staff is welcoming and fun. I highly recommend getting one of the seasonal pedicures. They're so relaxing, smell amazing and come with a boozy beverage plus more extras. What keeps me coming back is that this salon offers polygel. I have tried everything with my nails and manicures always lift, peel and chip within 2 weeks. My last polygel set from Cloud lasted me 6 weeks!!! Crazy, right? (picture is of the grow-out for proof). If you have thin, oily nails that always chip and peel, try the polygel, its amazing. I've never had an issue with scheduling or even with waking in. I've had a different tech each time and all were very professional. This salon also has Sunday hours which is a plus for availability and flexibility. Definitely would recommend.
Today I had one of my most best experiences in my life if you’re ever not feeling well if your neck hurts your back hurts or you just need some relaxation please call cloud med spa and ask for Lumi. She gives the best massage in the world once you go to Lumi you’ll never go to anyone else. I walked in miserable and in pain and I’m walking out like I’m on cloud nine so at the cloud you’re gonna walk out on clouds as long as you have Lumi Sandy Esposito
