With an older house, surprises are almost always part of the process, and while we did hit a few bumps along the way, the team truly came through and made sure everything was handled the right way. What mattered most to me was how the company responded, and they went above and beyond to make things right. Zach, in particular, really showed that he cares about his customers. He was very responsive and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way.
They seem to really stand behind their work and value customer satisfaction above all else. I’m happy with the outcome, and even more so with how it was handled. I highly recommend working with them.
Our AC went out Sunday evening and I called ZC Willis Heating and Cooling. They promptly answered their phone and scheduled to come out the next morning. Zack was on time and fixed our AC in no time. Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Will use them for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend this company.
Zach and his crew were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them! Our AC died on July 3rd so it was a very hot weekend, but Zach came out early Monday morning to get us an estimate and installation was finished less than 24 hours later. So thankful we reached out to them based on others' reviews - great company.
