My roof has been leaking over a year after you worked on it and after numerous visit you failed to stop the leak. Now your employee treats me like a nuisance because I want it fixed right including the wood that's been getting wet due to your workmanship. Im was just a customer that wanted what I was to told to expect. You been nothing but a bad experience.

John inspected my roof and I was impressed with the experience. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very thorough (he even climbed through my hot attic!). He took video/pictures, then walked me through everything he found, and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. John never made me feel pressured (very important to me). I could tell he knows what he's doing and cared about helping me making an important decision regarding my home. If you’re in Morgantown and need a roof, I'm confident John is the person you want to work with.
