“After dealing with a pinched nerve for several weeks I opted to try massage therapy over the standard chiropractor/physical therapy.I had a scheduled 30 minute appointment with Chelsea. Prior to the massage, she asked what areas I wanted to focus on and the pressure I was comfortable with.The 30 minute session was very relaxing and seemed to fly by. While it didn't fully unpinch the nerve (I think a longer session may have), I left feeling better and with less pain. This coupled with some basic yoga stretches worked wonders and had me booking a 2nd appointment.“
