“I have been training off and on since my 20s. After my cancer diagnosis and treatments 9 years ago, no matter how much I dieted and exercised, I couldn’t lose more than 10 pounds. Ron was both professional and encouraging. He took the time to listen to my personal goals. He helped me tweak my diet to put me in a calorie deficit. He has helped me gain mobility and strength that I was fearful I would never get back. We do monthly weigh-ins and body fat analysis to see progress.

Ron has tailored a fitness routine around a bad hip and we do what we can. He has motivated me but never pushed me to be in pain. I look forward to my 2 sessions every week and I can tell I am gaining muscle and strength. I am 5 pounds away from a goal weight I haven’t been at since my 20s. As a retired nurse with prior experience working with a chiropractor; having given pregnancy massage , and focused massage therapy for people with limited mobility and intractable pain, as well as massage for anxiety, relaxation and muscular tension, her expertise covers a wide variety of therapeutic applications.
She is generous with her time and if she feels the situation warrants it, does not mind continuing the massage even after the agreed upon session time. I have never known her to request additional compensation If she felt that additional time was needed for the patients well-being. That of course should not stop you from offeriing a gratuity commensurate with her extra effort

Her place of business is laid out as a relaxing oasis. There is a fish pond with bubbling waters that you can relax and reflect next to both prior to and following your massage . The table is very comfortable and heated with a proper adjustable face cradle. She has a selection of relaxation tapes, for use during the massage,which help to put your mind the relax state necessary to achieve the maximum benefit from the massage.

Margie is one of the rare massage therapists who take a genuine interest in her clients overall health, and she actually takes mental and written notes which she reviews prior to a scheduled massage treatments.

If I had the necessary funds, I would see her much more often. It is always a worthwhile experience and I come away feeling lighter, with less muscle tension and a general sense of well-being . If there was a sixth star I would give it to her“
