Knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He advised my friend that it would be better in her case to use a workaround for free rather than paying for a service. Kind and (so) honest. My friend's bank had recommended him and they were spot on.

I was in the store today 6.11.25. They didn't have what I needed to do my repair, however the gentleman that helped me gave me a really good suggestion that would not cost me anything to try and did not gain him a s transaction. What he did is not common is lost anymore in the customer service industry. I highly recommend this business to other for their honesty. He didn't get a sale today but they gained a loyal customer that will recommend them to all their friends! God bless

The owner is name Jerry and he have three pluses: one is the most important- the professionalism he treat every case(I think he's the best in this tri-state), second plus is his personality and his knowledge and third plus he's a dog lover.
