Had to have a tooth pulled immediately! They took me same which I was very grateful for. Staff was very nice. My concerns: dead plants in the waiting room, along with very old and uncomfortable chairs. Got into a room and OMG could not believe my eyes! The blinds were disgustingly dirty, there was rust on the baseboard heating and on the bottom of the table that holds the instruments!!! EW🤢🤮 I was very concerned that the tools were sterile!!! Be aware folks.
I was a little concerned reading reviews. However, I went in to have one wisdom tooth out due to having a cavity & I was really anxious. I opted to just do lidocaine for the extraction and the staff there was so kind to me. One person was constantly comforting me the whole time and Dr. Cho was talking me through the whole procedure to comfort me too. The office staff were also friendly to me and very helpful. The procedure itself was quick and done within a half hour. I experienced no pain during it. I also called the emergency line with a concern later that evening and Dr. Cho was connected directly and then asked the office staff to call the next day to check on me.
I went in to see Dr. Alberto for a tooth that had to come out because it was causing me pain you wouldn't believe. Two other Dentists had turned me away because it would be a difficult extraction and they did not feel confident in the task.
Dr. Alberto took one look and knew exactly what to do. She did the most painless extraction I've ever even heard of And my teeth don't let go easily. Dr. Alberto is an amazing Oral Surgeon, I just wish she did regular dental work as well because she'd be my Dentist for sure. If you need oral surgery, do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Alberto. You'll thank God you did.
