We used Pelles when our AC was not working. They set an appointment right away, and commumication was excellent. The tech was very nice and honestly explained all of our options, and didn't make me feel like my only choice was to replace the entire unit. I had estimates last year for a new system, and theirs was close to the lower cost quotes we had received. They were back in 2 days, and everything was great with the install. I even love my new thermostat. **Extra points for being a family and woman owned business!**
Very informative and pleasant. We have used them for all our HVAC needs including zoning and replaceing our hot water tank with a tankless one. They also did all the HVAC work for our basement build out. Highly recommend them for any HVAC related work.
He showed up, did a though inspection of the air conditioner , changed the furnace filter and even helped carry a box to the car for us. He was so nice!!! Thank you so much for him.
