We used Pelles when our AC was not working. They set an appointment right away, and commumication was excellent. The tech was very nice and honestly explained all of our options, and didn't make me feel like my only choice was to replace the entire unit. I had estimates last year for a new system, and theirs was close to the lower cost quotes we had received. They were back in 2 days, and everything was great with the install. I even love my new thermostat. **Extra points for being a family and woman owned business!**
We recently began using Pelles for regular maintenance of our AC and furnace…we couldn’t be happier with their service! Their scheduling, communications and followup are excellent. Austin was our service technician, and he was fantastic - very professional, friendly and efficient - and he provided thorough explanations of his work - thank you Austin! Pelles gets a big “thumbs up” from our household! Highly recommend!
Pelles Heating & Cooling Services is amazing. Our furnace stopped working Sunday morning. We started making calls for emergency services shortly after trying to troubleshoot and realizing that we could not. My husband and I probably would have waited it out for normal business hours, but we were not comfortable going without heat with a one year old. Our usual HVAC repair person never answered or returned our calls. Pelles answered and had the most amazing service person, Mike, to our house within the hour.
