They worked around our office schedule to coordinate preventative maintenance for our lab histology equipment and stayed in contact regarding the arrival of the technician. The technician, David Laylock arrived on the scheduled date / time, and immediately began making sure everything was fully functional. He promptly identified issues that needed addressed and took time to explain everything. He handled all the equipment in a professional manner. The process of purchasing completely refurbished equipment for our new Histology Lab was outstanding, start to finish! This is my second time purchasing from Medical Equipment Source. It couldn't have been a better experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Diana and install techs Alex and Danny.

Spring 2022: Dave came to do the PMs on our histology equipment. His attention to detail and tips he shared with me are greatly appreciated! He was prompt, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much to Dave and Medical Equipment Source for taking great care of my machines!January 2023: Thank you to MES for fixing the E4 sensor error in the left side of my Tissue Tek embedding center! It's the attention to detail that I appreciate, like the replacement of the light bulbs and rubber feet, that make them a company who goes the extra mile for a smile!! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS!!
