We had a quasi-emergency last Thursday evening, when we realized that our water softener bladder had given way. So, I called Houseal at 4:30 p.m. and got a call from their service manager, 15 minutes later.... after hours. He diagnosed the issue over the phone and had someone out here the next morning before 8:00 a.m.. Steve and his apprentice were out here bright and early and had things taking care of in 90 minutes. Had a minor follow up (WE didn't check)from it on Monday the 3rd of July and had someone responding to us in about 10 minutes from my call. Cole came out and had us fixed up in under 15 minutes, at no charge! We couldn't be happier and would gladly recommend Houseal Plumbing to anyone that needs help. And, we're going to be calling them back in August, to update our system with the water company.
