Very easy to work with and took the time to walk the house with me showing everything I needed to budget for. My fiancée and I had to waive an inspection due to high housing market demand in order to win our bid. We then decided to get an inspection after the fact, and Neil and his team left us with peace of mind.

Neil was fabulous - very thorough, excellent at really explaining everything (even to a novice homeowner), and his report was very informative and all-encompassing. He was also just lovely to be around for 3 hours! Highly recommend.
