Lou was out today to fix the HVAC and did a wonderful job! He found the issue in good time and explained everything well. We had several companies out trying to fix our unit and everyone said they fixed it but it didn’t work. So it was wonderful to have someone come out who understood my system and took care of it quickly. The other amazing thing was we’re in the middle of a heat wave and I only called this morning and they were able to come out this afternoon. I highly recommend this business.

I had a plumbing issue in my home, Reliant was responsive and came by as quickly as possible. Steve was very courteous and quickly diagnosed the source of the water damage - our tub’s overflow drain needed to be recaulked and water was flowing around it instead of directly down the drain. The experience was as stress-free as possible given the circumstances, I already plan to have them back to update our tub fixtures! Highly recommend their professionalism and expertise!

We had been using a local company after we purchased our house, but faced a unique issue of low gas pressure. Unlike most homes, we have not one regulator, but two. The first belongs to UTI but the second identical one (as told to us by UTI) was our problem. The company we used for our furnace told us they couldn't assess our furnace until the regulator was fixed, but their plumber didn't know how to fix it and led us on wild goose chase to replace it. We called the folks at Schaeffer (now Reliant) and Troy was able to adjust it for us in 5 minutes to get us on track. Since then, we've returned for all HVAC and plumbing needs.
