I would like to add to my initial 2 star review. After I left my review, Dr Hudish called me and thanked me for the review, and apologized for the frustrating experience I have had reaching someone at the office. She told me she plans to hire someone to cover the front desk for a smoother experience. I really appreciated her sincere call and her determination to make things better. I work in a similar setting and in a similar role, and I can honestly say it is rare that someone would personally respond to a 2 star review and say thank you, or use the feedback to make positive changes. Each time I visit this family eye care I am met with professional care, empathetic and kind receptionists, and a warm atmosphere that puts my mind at ease when visiting for my yearly appointments. I have been with Dr Hudish for many years, I highly recommend you give their office a call when looking for your next optometrist appointment!
