Appointment was on time and everyone who worked there were very helpful and knowledgable. It’s not like other optical retail places where they try to get you in and out of the building as fast as possible (when it doesn't even feel human). Everyone was patient and supportive. Plus I was able to save a lot on the tests I had done.

Great experience as a new patient. Easy to book, got in same day. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the technician and optometrist were also really good. I like that there’s an option for retinal scan over dilation. Staff really helped me pick out the right glasses and sunglasses for me, especially with outdoor and drop prone work. My glasses and contacts arrived quickly and pick up staff was extra helpful. I definitely recommend trying them out.

The team was upbeat and professional and did not try to upsell me on any aspect of my purchase. Through the insurance and discounts Lori saved me over $1000 towards my final expense. I will continue to use My eye dr. as my permanent eye glass company and highly recommended them to anyone.
