Kim is the best. Bar none. By far the best experience with a home repair contractor we've ever had. She responded immediately to our request, thoroughly assessed our situation and took time to explain all the options and the pros and cons of each. Her team arrived right on time (and ahead of schedule) and did immaculate work. Immaculate. She insisted on deferring payment until we saw how it performed in a heavy rain and insisted we call her if we ever noticed any problems and she would make them right. I called on Tuesday afternoon with an urgent problem and Kim, on the phone, could not have been nicer! I felt like I was the only customer who mattered to her. She worked with Cas and within less than 20 hours your folks were out here and problem solved. I know who I will be calling next time, the Gutter Guys! And I highly suggest others do the same!
