Made an appt for me and my daughter and told them the services we were coming in for. They were completely unprepared and understaffed, and we had to wait in lukewarm pedi water while they got to us and when they did it was super rushed. I wasn't thrilled w/the cleanliness either. The tools weren't sterilized and just overall not a great experience.
The nail technicians were friendly enough. The salon was very clean and modern. The prices were competitive. My nails however, did not hold up. My pedicure chipped after 2 days and my gel manicure lasted less than a week.
The shop is so beautiful!!! Very well kept and Pam is very sweet she does amazing work. I was just telling her I was looking for a new salon & im so happy i found them! Affordable & very welcoming they do amazing work! I’ll be back my new favorite place.
