So lucky today to attend class at Sweet Pose Yoga with Judy. I was visiting the area from the Boston, Ma. area and found the class on Google and was so happy to be able to attend a Svaroopa(r) Yoga class in the area. Judy was wonderfully attentive and gave great demo's and instructions. I was so relaxed and refreshed after class!

I have been a student of Svaroopa yoga for 15 + years. Nothing has,helped my back & neck issues like this.
