Former Employee - they have a reputation of terminating people without warning. This company get ideas in their head and everyone around them suffers. I also wasn’t a huge fan of their slogan. I felt the slogan reflected the room. “Doing the ordinary extremely well” sounds like they give people C level effort better than any other slacker. Why not give A+ effort and do it right the first time.

This company is completely unorganized. This company does bad business and terminates employees and businesses inappropriately. Project management & Creative Directors DON’T communicate and provide accurate information. They throw a lower guy under the bus rather than be accountable for their own incompetence. They will also terminate illegally theY are a cesspool of passive aggressive management. You can be given conflicting feedback on a regular basis and get into trouble over it.STRONGLY RECOMMEND AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE YOU RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS A CLIENT AND AS A FUTURE EMPLOYEE.
