I am a former vendor of Stream Companies. After several years of doing business with Stream they pulled their clients from our web hosting service, leaving thousands of dollars in regular and contracted bills unpaid. Despite having contractual agreements, and explicit written instructions to provide programming work on their clients' behalf they are welching on the payments. We are a much smaller company than they are, and we do not know if they have collected these fees from their clients and have not paid us in turn or not.
