I had Rutters put on a new roof and all new siding. Both crews, headed by Shawn McClellan, were fabulous. They answered all my question and Shawn stayed in contact with me about how things were going. I have gotten numerous compliments on how the house looks. We recently had a new front door installed, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial sales consultation to the installation and follow-up, every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy with the final result.
The sales team took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the perfect door for our home. I had a deck installed with Ritter Roofing. I received top service, starting with Chris in sales. He gave me a price, took measurements, and answered all the questions I had. The construction crew leader, Chris D took over. He handled all the paper work required for my HOA and township and showed me the variety of options available. The also gave me the construction timeline .During construction the work area was cleared up every day before they left. I’m thrilled with the end product and the service I received I highly recommend them for any roofing or decking job .
