UPDATE: After posting this review, Petro reached out directly, apologized, and offered us two years of their premium service plan at no cost. While our original experience was unacceptable, I do appreciate that they took responsibility and made an effort to make things right. I’m therefore updating this to three stars. Depending on how things go from here, I’ll update again to reflect our ongoing experience.

Jose Pellecer installed a new tank when I switched to Petro and he found the line was not to code. He fixed all the issues. He was personable, experienced, efficient and everything was clean and neat when he finished. Petro is lucky to have him!
