Definitely do not recommend. We paid for an annual service contract on our gas boiler. After our yearly inspection, the tech gave the system a clean bill of health. A year later, we used a different firm to check the boiler and they found numerous longstanding maintenence issues that should have been readily apparent to the Petro tech including aging ribbon burners and pilot assembly (see photos). Tried to bring this to Petro's attention but they brushed me off. Apparently my business is not important to them.
I am sick of being on hold……you need to hire more representatives to answer phones. I have 5 neighbors I wanted to refer but because of your lousy service, I wont be recommending your company.
Was using Petro for home heating oil automatic delivery. They let my tank run dry 2 times in the past year in the middle of winter. I figured once could be an honest mistake but twice is just poor management. IIt all worked out because I switched companies and found one which was $1 per gallon less expensive.
