We got home from a long weekend to a broken AC unit. Thankfully, Cody was able to get to our house within hours and replace the converter that wasn’t working. Our AC was up and running in time to cool off the house for the night. We appreciate it!
Excellent timely response getting AC back working after contacting company few hours earlier! Service person Cody was awesome. Explained very well the issue and repair. Inside customer service Trina and Wendy also terrific. This company has given us the best HVAC services today and in the past and never had such an outstanding service experience. Will continue to return as a customer.
Henrique was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and helped me save $60 a year on another contract I was paying elsewhere. I totally appreciate how he informed me of the age of my system and how the blower in the heater can affect the AC since the heater is 15 yrs.old and the AC is only 9 yrs.old. While he said the average heater lifespan is 15 years, some last 10, some last 20, so he didn’t advise replacing the blower until I need to—AC or heater may go on the blink, but it may not.
