Hi … long review but please read it to end…here to recommend Malvern Grooms for all your pets grooming needs, they are very professional, attentive, kind, and gentle . I have a one year old shih tzu that we use to groom at home, but one day he dashed out of our front door and was struck by a car! He had a long recovery. Due to his injuries, he had to be crated for 12 weeks, only out for potty, food, and minimal walking. He was in a lot of pain so with all he went through in the hospital stay, and the actual accident, he did not want to be handled and definitely NOT comb. He was VERY matted. Lauren did a great job with grooming my nearly 9-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Charlie. He’s a rescue that was a puppy mill breeding dog and generally skittish, but he always is happy to go to Malvern Grooms.

I am happy to share my experience with Malvern Grooms. They are professional, warm and welcoming and I know my dog is in the best care. My English Labrador had another groom last week and they did such a great job. His coat was beautiful, shiny and he smelled so clean, not perfumed but clean. He also came out happy and relaxed so I know they took great care of him. Thanks Malvern Grooms! Your entire team is awesome!
