I had the best experience at Mainline Gardens recently - as a matter fact I’ve never had an experience like this there before. The customer service - because of Kristin - was extraordinary. I had stopped by after a lunch meeting and was dressed inappropriately for looking at plants. She saw this and took charge by helping me not only choose them, but by putting them on the cart and taking them to my car. She is a model for customer service!

Outstanding service, and wonderful plants, flowers, and other garden items.
I went in to get a giant fern for my mother, as a gift, and I needed some advice from the staff. I located a young woman, and she got me the perfect Fern, the perfect pot to put it in, and actually repotted it for me right there on site.
I can’t think of a better one stop shopfor awesome plants and gardening stuff.
I will absolutely be back, and that is primarily due to the excellent customer service, politeness, and speed of the staff.
