Good Service, good price, quality roof install. At their recommendation we did a PVC membrane over the existing BUR, avoiding a complete tear-off. During the install there was a small leak, and Jared had Mark come right over to figure out what the issue was and resolve it (an HVAC curb issue, not a roofing issue).

The team at Flat Roof Solutions really helped us out with a complex situation. Our building is over 100 years old with a combination of different roof materials. Using two different roof systems, a coating for one area and a membrane for another, FRS was able to solve our problems in a timely manner. We avoided a complete tear off of one roof and re-routed some roof drains to avoid future leaks. If we ever have an issue at another building, our first call will be to FRS!
Bert and Jared could not have been more of a pleasure to work with on our roof refurbishment. After countless other companies not returning phone calls nor emails, FRS not only promptly returned our inquiry but also came out to give an estimate within a day or two. Once the project was approved for our 14,000 sq ft building, there was constant communication and updates on the status. When Bert was offsite or out of town, the head foreman Mark was quick to jump in and answer any questions. Altogether, the entire team over at FRS was outstanding to work with on our project.
