Contacted three companies for roof and gutter replacement quotes. All three had knowledgeable estimators and quotes were similar but Certitude had the best quote and their follow up helped us make our decision. Kelly in the office followed up weekly after signing the contract, as we decided on a spring install. Once the weather cooperated a date was set and the work proceeded. Took four days to do the roof and three days for the gutters and trim capping. Very satisfied with the work. I cannot even begin to tell you how much this process was made as easy as possible. Unfortunately as a single woman I’ve been burned and taken advantage of by some people in my home ownership journey.
The trust I have in this company is so high after this process. No trying to upsell on unnecessary things, no pushiness, just an in depth understanding of what they do with a willingness to educate if you ask. The quality of work and attention to detail was incredible to see not to mention the morals and pride of every person I’ve interacted with.

I had wonderful experience with these people. The company offered fair price, no pressure, and an outstanding service from beginning to the end of the project. I worked with sale rep Patrick, who was very patient and thorough, and discussed all options, Kelly, who was such a pleasure to deal with, while the job was to be scheduled, and Matt, the manager and his team all did an outstanding job. Everything is perfect, perfectly cleaned after and not a single flower broken, even though they were in a way.
