I called them in a panic about my 14 month old puppy. I was told bring her in. I walked in the door, I was instantly instructed where to go, The next desk, took my info and immediately someone came to take my girl to be examined.
It ended up being an allergic reaction to something but the people here were very friendly and quick to help!
I observed one employee being the desk trying desperately to console a woman who’s dog was very sick. Such compassion and empathy!! Well done everyone!!
Dr. Scott Roberts did my Presa Canario's double TPLO surgery on 11/24/25. I was extremely nervous about the procedure, the recovery, the whole bit. I was losing sleep over the whole situation because it is something that requires significant preparation as far as daily activity, living space, just everyday life. I had read lots of horror stories of other people's experiences, not with their surgeon or surgery but with the recovery. It was just a lot and something I've never come close to experiencing. We unfortunately had to use Blue Pearl in Malvern when our dog needed emergency care on a weekend when our vet was not available. I did not know what to expect, and it was a very emotional time, we knew that it was most likely a visit saying goodbye to our dog. From the moment we got there, all of the staff were pleasant, kind and helpful. They explained the process of examination and kept us informed along the way. We met with Dr Walsh and she discussed all options and possible outcomes. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, have excessive testing or treatment.
