The staff was wonderful to both my dog Meeko as well as myself when we had to use their services for an unexpected visit that required stitches. We had our dogs bella and goose here the day before the 4th of July. Everyone we encountered was so nice and had such a positive attitude. Their wait was shorter than any other emergency vet in berks county. The Doctor we saw Victoria Orlando was so nice and caring with our dogs, she also took her time and made sure we understood everything she was explaining. Even pointed out something with our dog goose that was totally unrelated to why we brought him in. The vet tech (i think that's the correct term) Rachel was super nice and so caring with our dogs. I also found the pricing to be affordable compared to other places.
After my pet spending 7 hours at another emergency vet and never even being assessed we picked him up and our vet office suggested Firefly. We were taken to a room promptly, he was taken back for vitals and to see the Dr within a half hour. The doctor came in within 10 minutes of my pet coming back to me with her assessment and treatment. The tech then brought the estimate to me, which I approved, then they took him for his shots and to get his meds, ready to take home.
