I called outside of business hours and still got a response a few minutes later. I was told to come on over, so I did. It turned out that the problem was with my internet service and not my laptop. Monte wasn't going to charge me anything but I insisted on paying him a little for the time I took him away from the rest of his work. I hope I don't need him again anytime soon, but the fact that he saw me on a Sunday and wasn't going to charge me a penny will guarantee that he will get my business in the future.“
