**UPDATE**Tom did finally reach out to me. He explained what was going on which I appreciated. I have adjusted my review rating to reflect that.I have such mixed feelings writing this review. I contacted Tom one evening, he called me back by the next morning and he was then out at our house the following day. Within 48 hours of me reaching out, he was at our home. He came and fixed multiple small things including 2 leaks. He was confident in one and was fairly confident in the other but was not 100% that what he did solved the problem. I'm so glad I found Tom to fix my roofing issues! He called me back and arrived when he said he would. He thoroughly inspected and repaired my roof's two separate issues with expert knowledge, workmanship, and a fair price.Punctual, respectful hard workers like Tom are a godsend to me and I'll gladly have his company replace my roof when it's time!

Tom came and helped repair a few shingles that had been blown off. Other companies I had talked to wouldn't do a small repair, but only wanted to replace my entire roof. When I do get a new roof, I will call Tom.
