We met with Mary Lou a few months ago and she gave my wife and I great ideas for new window treatments for or new home we had purchased last year..Yesterday Mary Lou and her installer Donald came to our home to install our new window treatments on 26 windows Donald was great he made it look so easy and Mary Lou was here as well explaining everything to us…Mary Lou is extremely talented in her field and is very personable both of us liked her a lot and highly recommend her for all your window treatment needs you Won’t be disappointed

EXCELLENT customer service. Tara was VERY helpful. We had blinds that had broken but were still covered by the warranty. Tara promptly worked with the manufacturer and made all arrangements for the blinds to be returned to the manufacturer for repair and returned to us at no charge. I can't say enough about the excellent, polite, helpful service.
