I've had 2 Reiki sessions with Sandy. I didn't know what to expect and went in with a completely open mind. My first session was extremely deep. I believe whatever happened during that session took 100lb weight off my shoulders. I felt lighter with less anxiety. The 2nd session was totally different and equally beneficial. I feel sure I will go back for more when I get “jammed up” or need help to let things go. Highly recommended!

Sandy Seyler is a blessing... Authentic and a pillar of strength and love... ALWAYS. I've been away from her since working in NYC but her words, healing and unconditional love stay within me. I am grateful and blessed to know a soul as genuine as Sandy. �

I felt an inner peace at the drum circle today like never before. The shamanic meditation was amazing. I felt an instant connection with sandy and i also felt that she could see my heart and soul at first hello. I am looking forward to the next drum circle and i feel that i have found my safe place to practice yoga that i have been yearning for but afraid to try because of my stiffness.
