Outstanding work! On time, great communication the whole way through the job. Quality work at reasonable price. I will absolutely be using Don again. Get in touch with him for any of your home repair, installation or improvement projects.
I feel bad writing this review because I really liked the guy but I am hoping to save people from what we went through. Don was polite, and prompt with responses. Did the work when he said he would. Price was fair. The problem was with the quality. We had to pay someone to completely re -do all of his work. Tile wasn't grouted. And whatever was used completely crumbled. Didn't finish tile behind toilet. There was a huge crack in a very visible tile. Toilet was never sealed and sink wasn't screwed into the wall. We did not call him back about the problems. Perhaps he would have fixed things or given us a refund but we wanted to just move on from this bad... read full review
