I was gifted a beautiful massage with Laura and she was fabulous. I'm 12 weeks post double mastectomy and have had a few massages prior at other places, but Laura really listened to my needs and wasn't afraid to touch me post surgery. I'm so thankful and can't wait to come back.

Although I didn't know what to expect, I felt comfortable and relaxed during my entire visit. Heidi was pleasant and very helpful.She explained what she was doing and encouraged me to ask questions. My left foot has been extremely swollen for most of a year. After my session with Heidi, it was noticeably less swollen. The following morning I had lost a pound, even though my weight had been consistent the previous 10 days and I'd had a large dinner and 2 desserts the previous night. Today I was able to put 5 pairs of shoes on that I haven't worn in a year! This is the first time I have hope of getting my life back. Thank You, Heidi. Eileen White

Heidi is intensely knowledgeable about all the healing services she provides. When I suffered a terrible, traumatic fall last year, she suggested options for my best path for treatment like infrared sauna and manual lymphatic drainage. I feel that each modality noticeably accelerated my recovery. She is always on time, professional, and the environment she creates for me from the time I arrive till the time I leave is absolutely calm, clean and serene. I leave there feeling totally refreshed, grounded and reset!

My experience with Heidi was 5 stars. I had my first MLD (manual lymph drainage) session and in that one session I saw results-incredible. I felt better, my stomach was flatter, and my leg pain improved. I had to wait a month or so to get in with Heidi but it was worth it. Therapists have claimed to do MLD but when I ask them about their training it becomes clear that they are not a MLD therapist, they just took a class. Heidi has a very impressive resume and extensive training both in classroom and hands on. SHE IS WORTH THE WAIT! If MLD is something you are considering or you know you will need after surgery contact her well before so you can secure your treatment time. Her space is beautiful you feel relaxed the minute you enter her wellness studio. She is very knowledgeable and will educate you along the journey and answer any questions you have. I highly recommend!
