They always do a good job with the clothes. I just wish the turnaround was faster or they had a same day cleaning option. Prices seem a little steep but there's no competition in the area.
Would leave zero stars if possible. The Lower Burrell location is apparently nearly TWICE as much as the Fox Chapel location. They busted the zipper on my coat the first time I went there, but I figured it was my old coat. Now this time it took me 35 minutes to get my duvet comforter checked in because there was difficulty with the computer. I was told it would be 30-40 dollars to have it cleaned... NOT $66!!!!! THATS DOUBLE WHAT I WAS TOLD FROM BOTH LOCATIONS. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE.Update: I did contact the manager and I am getting some money back.
The staff are super rude and unfriendly both in person and via phone. This raised some doubts and concerns for me. However I was impressed with the dry cleaning and the cost was cheaper than I expected. Would come back.
