Whalen Exteriors did a fantastic job from start to finish, including answering all my questions and providing detailed information on the products they use as well as the installation process. The work crew was very professional, showed up on time and worked from dawn to dusk on a very cold February day. The clean-up was extremely thorough, and they were respectful of my property. I have not found one stray nail. As for the price, the quality of workmanship, customer service and overall experience dealing with this company was worth every dollar of the very fair estimate they gave me. “I had my roof replaced with them. Zachary was responsive to all the questions and made multiple visits to help with clean up the site and answer all the questions I had.

It has been 3 months now and l am starting to see a number of problems. I called them a few times and they are not responsive. I am seeing multiple issues related to my gutters that they said had been fixed. I also saw a lot of debris in one of the easily accessible gutters. I cannot see the state of the other gutters.

Edit: The review made a difference. They came back and cleaned out all the gutters that. Fixed the pitch of the gutters and caulked them. So far I have not seen any issues since. They spent a good part of a day addressing the issues that should have been addressed during the initial install.“
