“The saleswoman was very knowledgeable on my specific insurance and what it covers. This made the transaction go very smooth and without a hitch.

After welcoming me upon my arrival, she showed me the men's eyeglass area. It had a fair amount from which to choose and most type frames were represented. I've seen better selection and I've seen worse. But, its definitely worth the look and consideration.

My glasses arrived about 2 weeks after ordering them. No problems with them whatsoever and they fit fine. The saleswoman explained the warranty and if I needed any adjustments to stop in.

I did not see the doctor; I had a prescription from my optometrist that I brought in. No pressure to come in to see their doctor.

“I recently had to change in insurance providers and had to find a new eye doctor. I gave America's Best in Tarentum( Pittsburgh Mills) a try. My experience at this location was great from start to finish. the girl at the front desk was super nice, The doctor listened to the issues I had with my previous prescription, corrected them, and now I have glasses that I can actually wear, And the gentleman who both helped me choose and order my glasses and then also helped me when I picked them up was kind as well. “As a kid I always loved going to the optometrist. They were always friendly and they could make me see when I couldn't see before.Now that I'm in my 40s I've had nothing but bad experiences with most eye clinics in our area. This clinic was the major exception to the rule with an amazing group of people and a wonderful doctor.The attention to detail to make sure that my prescription was right was spot on. Keeping me informed of my options to correct my vision through the entire process was better than almost anywhere I've been.In the past I've had a head injury and nerve damage in the military and everybody that I worked with there was extremely sensitive to my needs and discomfort with people being too close to my face and eyes.I can't recommend this clinic enough.And a big plus, they sell silhouette brand frames, and are experts with them.“

“I have been seeing Dr. Landis for several years now and am completely happy with my experience not only with her, but her staff as well.Dr. Landis is very thorough and you can have faith and trust in her guidance. She provides very thorough exams (I'm a diabetic in which she does a special diabetic exam in addition to the regular exam). “I used to go to this office when it was Vincett. This was my first time at this office again since they became my eye doctor. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. My appointment was at 8am and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with joy and kindness. Forms were easy to fill out and any questions I had were answered quickly. If there were things my insurance did not cover, I was informed before anything was conducted so I wasn’t blindsided by unknown costs.
