Getting an appointment or someone to actually answer the phone is impossible. They will call you back let it ring twice then hang up and leave no message. Its all games. Your money isn't good there. They have enough patients that they dont care about individuals

My wife and I are both patients at the Lower Burrell office. I have to say that out of all the different dentists that we have been to, this is by far the absolute 💯 percent best. The staff are extremely friendly and very compassionate. Dr Kelly (oral surgeon) did a fantastic job on my visit. I've seen a lot of bad reviews from years ago however I would highly recommend this place and I have been to many different dentists over the years (63 years old) and they are by far the best.

I have extreme anxiety surrounding having dental work done, over the years Dr. Alagirisamy and her team have always gone the extra mile to make sure I feel comfortable, they are kind, understanding, and do very good work. I will never see another dentist if I don’t have to.

Never been to this specific office. I am very particular about any doctors my children see. I noticed the reviews while I was searching everywhere for Dr.Kelly, the oral surgeon whom we used to see in Washington……which was already a far drive for us. While reading the reviews for this office, I also noticed negative comments about Dr. Dandashi, my children seen him for years in Donora before they closed……he was also one of my favorite doctors I have came across. While most negative comments are because “my kids teeth were bad..and they were rude” it’s the care they have for the children these people are upset over. These two doctors specifically have always provided great care all around for my children. I am 65 miles away from this office and will travel to see Dr. Kelly. While I can confirm the office staff at certain locations aren’t great with answering phone calls or returning calls from the answering machine, it’s worth the hassle to see these two doctors. I also noticed a lot of comments on wait times. From my experience if your child has an issue they will address it same day, unless it requires anesthesia. So maybe some understanding that some kids may take longer than expected, the same treatment will be given to yours when needed. I was also relieved that I was not expected to go back and watch my child be worked on, which seems to be a common issue to others.

I will never go to Katsur dental again in lower Burrell the denist Dr Moutaz Dandashi who specializes in pediatrics was so rude he told my son who has adhd and is very hyper and terrified to go to the dentist to shut his mouth after my son yelled mommy then my son yells mommy again and then the dentist says I told u to shut your mouth. This was done in a very rude tone as to scare my son. He was crying by this point.I then confront the dental assistant and asked what dentist tells a kid to shut his mouth she says it was so she could put the gas on him.She says then they say that all the time.I then say I want to talk to the dentist he says he never said that I confront him saying everyone said u said it even ur assistant said u said it he says he never said it he says we are all lieing he confronts his assistant saying he never said it and then she said yea he never said that I tell him I am going to go to the dental board and reporting him he immediately says that he’s going to report me for neglecting dental care for my son I then inform him that he’s been there every single year to have dental work done that I wasn’t neglecting him and then he told me to get out I just think it’s so unprofessional to say those things and then when you get caught, tell somebody that you’re going to call social services and have them in trouble for neglect as a way of retaliation to get me not to tell the dental board, what he said to my son.

Worst dentist ever messed up my lower teeth and my top denture does not fit well. Had to pay over two times the original price never built the insurance and my insurance would’ve paid all of it Don’. Do not recommend this to anyone

The dentist for my child was rude and I did not like him. He said my child was being too bad for him to do any work on her. She was whining a little bit because she was scared..probably of him. They never answer the phone. Half of the other staff are also rude.

My 7 year old daughter said that her dentist is creepy and made her feel uncomfortable. They won’t let you stay back there if work is being done. HUGE RED FLAG. Run. Find a family dentist. Drive the extra mile or two. Pay the extra $5 copay. Do what you need to do in order to avoid this place like the plague. Wait time is disgusting. They have done a few fillings on her and some have fallen out (which they shouldn’t) so if you need anything more than a cleaning, go elsewhere
