My glasses broke and the ladies here took such good care of me and the situation. I am very impressed and at first wasn't sure if I was going to be back, but I absolutely will be.
Everyone at the office was great! I had seen Dr. Duncan, and he was sure to explain all options, as we went along. All office staff were so friendly, and made the process as easy as possible. Will definitely recommend this practice, to anyone.
Received my new glasses in less than a week, and seeing great now!
This was my first time going to Family Eye care and I will say that I was treated like one of the family. The front desk was awesome while registering me and when I got to the doctor I felt very at ease. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me. Was very honest about what I needed and what I needed to stop doing. Selecting my new glasses was a breeze the assistant listened to what I did and didn't want and did not try to push anything on me and took time with me and figured out the best price.
