I was dealing with a water pressure issue that needed addressed but my schedule didn’t allow me to get out of work during business hours. Ben was kind enough to walk me through the steps of identifying and fixing the issue over the phone. He even took the time for an evening callback so I could ask a few follow up questions. Instructions were clear and the problem was resolved. It’s rare to experience that level of customer service these days. I’d happily use his services for any future plumbing needs.
I called Ben in the morning about a leaking toilet and he showed up at 10:30 and took care of the problem. I am greatful that he came so quickly. I highly recommend him. Also price was very reasonable.
